What is the repair time?
All equipment goes through a diagnostic process that can take up to 2 business days in case of normal diagnosis or up to 3 business days in case of documented diagnosis. After confirmation by the customer, the repair can take up to 3 additional business days.
No repairs will be carried out before the customer's confirmation.
Does the diagnostic have Costs ?
Normal diagnostic is free of charge. Documented diagnostic will have as a cost of 10 €
My device didn´t have solution . Do I have to pay ?
No. In special cases, the customer will be notified in advance of a possible costs for repair without solution.
Do you have repair with shipping ?
Yes. All repairs provide the option of sending and delivering the device. The costumer is in charge of the shipping costs. Base rate is € 6.90. (Value may vary depending on the equipment)
The costumer need to provide the tracking number of the device when sent for repair.
Who will have access to my device?
All repairs in the Inforzen workshop are carried out solely and exclusively by Inforzen technicians. In no case the device will be supplied to third parties.
Inforzen has a very strict policy on protecting customers' personal data. For which the technicians never (with the exception of customer request) access the personal data that may be present in the equipment.
Do you use Original parts ?
Inforzen only uses ORIGINAL parts. For the same reason, all repairs where parts are replaced come with warranty.
What is your warranty policy ?
All repairs have a warranty of 6 months for the replaced parts (Exception for situations mentioned by the technician before the repair). Any physical damage to the equipment after the repair may end the warranty.
What is your return policy?
The product can only be returned in case of manufacturing defects. The product at the time of return cannot demonstrate any type of damage , if that occurs , the company has no obligation to accept the return.
